2014

  • The Colts Team finished a disappointing 7th after the 2013 Flag. Promisingly though, we picked up a couple of very handy players in Jacob Ah Chee who took out the Colts Fairest & Best and Adam Salmon who won the Goal-Kicking. Both of these guys will be pushing for a permanent League position in Season 2015

  • The Reserves Team finished a respectable 6th position with help from Duane Rochford who came out of retirement to kick 56-Goals and win the Goal-Kicking Award. The Fairest & Best saw a tie between Dan Floyd and Adam Millson.

  • The League Team finished heart breakingly close to a 3rd Grand Final appearance as they went down to eventual Premiers Bassendean in the Preliminary Final. Johnson Taylor ended Daniel Spry’s run of 3-consecutive Fairest & Best Awards and Cody Nelsons Record breaking 11-goal haul against SNESA helped him secure his first League Goal-Kicking Award.

  • The Club endured its first real hard times with career ending injuries to Damian Waight and Adam Barter.

  • The Club responded to those hard times with #DoItForDamo Day which raised an incredible $60,000+ to help a brother in need.

  • Ladies Day saw a further $10,000+ raised in aid of Breast Cancer Network Australia

  • Tara Williams and Kim Williams tied for the Best Clubman Award – a great effort!

  • Cody Nelson broke the record for most goals in a League Game with his 11-goal haul against SNESA

  • Aaron Ottoway became the first player to play 50-Reserves Games, and was followed late in the season by Tim Millson

  • Jarrad King broke the record for most goals in a Colts Game with his 7-goal haul against Noranda
